Screen Printing is a process where ink applied directly to the surface by using screen. Screen requires coating of special printing emulsion then printing image is transferred onto screen by exposing screen, however leaving the unprinted area blocked. Ink is wiped through unblocked pores straight to printing surface. Each colour requires separate screen and process to be repeated in order to print multicolour job. Different mesh count screens are used to achieve optimum result based on garments and colour needed to be printed.
Screen Printing is one the most popular way of promoting your brand in market regardless the size of the business. We use world recognized pantone matching system (PMS) to match your colour onto most types of fabric. We can screen print up to 6 spot colours or 4 process colours (CMYK) with or without a white base.
